Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Pixcelyn Self-Portrait Studio, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Be on Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will reduce your available session time.
2. More Than 5 Minutes Late
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your booking may be rescheduled or cancelled, depending on studio availability.
3. Cancellation
There is no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your booking, simply use the “Cancel Booking” option on the website.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to studio availability. Requests to change your schedule may only be accommodated when an available slot is available.
5. Studio Equipment
Studio equipment may only be adjusted or operated by authorized studio staff. Please ask our staff if you need assistance or any adjustments.
6. Camera Handling
Clients are strictly prohibited from moving, adjusting, or handling the camera or camera setup without staff supervision.
Unauthorized movement or handling of the camera will be subject to a ₱300 penalty.
7. Backdrop Damage
Any damage to the studio backdrop caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence will be charged based on the extent of the damage:
Minor damage: ₱300
Moderate damage: ₱400
Major damage: ₱500
Additional charges may apply if the backdrop requires repair or replacement beyond the stated penalty.
8. Other Studio Damages
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized handling of studio equipment, props, furniture, or other studio property may be charged to the client. Repair or replacement costs may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
9. Pets Are Welcome
Pets are welcome in the studio at no additional charge. However, pet owners are fully responsible for their pets throughout the session.
Any damage caused by pets, including damage to backdrops, props, furniture, equipment, or other studio property, will be charged to the client.
If a pet urinates or defecates inside the studio, an additional ₱300 cleaning fee will apply. Additional charges may apply if the incident causes damage requiring repair or replacement.
10. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are the client's responsibility. Pixcelyn Self-Portrait Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
11. Photo Availability
Photos will be made available within the same day through our website.
Clients will receive access to a private gallery that can only be accessed through the provided link or access credentials.
12. Photo Access Period
Photo access is limited to 3 months from the date the photos are made available.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their photos before they are removed from the system.
13. Scheduling Conflicts Caused by the Studio
If a scheduling conflict is caused by Pixcelyn Self-Portrait Studio, the client will receive one (1) complimentary 5R print as compensation.
14. Agreement to the Terms & Conditions
By checking the “I Agree to the Terms & Conditions” box and submitting your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies, rules, and applicable fees.
