Interim service terms
The working agreement for Pixcelyn.
These interim terms explain the parts of the Pixcelyn service that are currently implemented. They do not replace the versioned Booking Terms shown in the booking flow and are not represented as legally approved final terms.
Owner review pending
Business identity, contact details, payment and refund rules, photo rights, liability language, governing law, and dispute process require studio-owner confirmation. No unconfirmed promise is made on this page.
Using the site
Pixcelyn provides public studio information, booking tools, customer account access, and private digital galleries. Please provide accurate information that lets the studio manage your booking and contact you about it.
Customer Google login is optional for booking. When used, the verified Google identity is linked to the appropriate customer record so the client portal can protect your booking and gallery access.
Booking Terms remain operative
The booking flow displays the current version of the Booking Terms & Conditions before a public booking is submitted. The application records the version and time you accepted. Updating a later version does not rewrite a historical acceptance.
- Arrive on time; late arrival reduces session time.
- More than five minutes late may lead to rescheduling or cancellation depending on availability.
- There is currently no cancellation fee; rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Clients must not handle studio equipment or cameras; unauthorized movement may incur the stated ₱300 penalty.
- The current terms state the listed backdrop, studio, pet-cleaning, and pet-damage charges.
- Photos are made available through a private gallery; the current terms describe a three-month access window.
The exact accepted version in your booking record controls for that booking. Use the booking flow to review the full text before submitting.
Galleries and Google Drive
Released galleries are private and available through the customer portal during the application access window. The studio manages the source photography in its separate Google Drive connection; customers do not authorize that studio Drive connection through customer login.
When the current three-month application window expires, the gallery is no longer available through the portal. Expiry of application access does not by itself mean the underlying Drive files have been deleted.
Payments and studio records
The repository records payments and additional charges as part of studio operations, but does not implement an online payment gateway. Any payment, refund, or additional charge terms must be confirmed in the applicable booking materials and by the studio.
Changes and questions
These public pages may be updated after owner and legal review. The versioned Booking Terms and consent tracking used in the booking flow remain unchanged by this page.
For questions about a booking, account, or gallery, use the studio's published contact channel. The owner must confirm the final business identity and contact details before this page is treated as a complete legal agreement.
